TIRpark vs netPark
netPark is an established parking-software company whose truck product brings the full car-parking stack to truck lots: branded reservation sites, LPR and QR and RFID credentials, gate and kiosk integration, automated card and ACH charging, fleet and group billing, staffed or fully automated modes. TIRpark is a single-purpose tool from the truck side: one Android phone that is the camera, the log and the register, built for attendant-run lots and working offline. The comparison is really between a parking infrastructure suite and a field tool.
netPark fits when
- You want the classic parking stack: reservations, kiosks, gates, credentials
- Automated ACH and card billing with account management is the core need
- The facility runs staffed lanes or full automation with hardware
- You are consolidating car and truck parking on one vendor
TIRpark fits when
- The lot is attendant-run and partly cash
- You want plate-reading check-in without installing any camera
- Connectivity at the lot is unreliable or absent
- You want transparent entry: first month free, one subscription per lot
- You need per-attendant cash accountability, not lane equipment

A suite from the parking industry, a tool from the yard
netPark's truck offering is the car-parking playbook applied to trucks, and for some facilities that is exactly right: if you are building an automated facility with entry lanes, credentials, kiosks and a reservation site, you want a vendor whose platform already runs that pattern, and netPark's materials describe precisely that, through to automated ACH charging, invoicing and customer account management, in staffed or fully automated modes.
TIRpark starts from the other end, the yard as it exists today: an attendant with a phone, trucks arriving at 2 a.m., cash in the drawer, signal that comes and goes. Instead of building lanes, it makes the existing operation auditable: photo check-in with on-device plate reading, sliding 24-hour billing from arrival, debt that follows the plate, and cash that is traceable to a person.
The practical differences that decide it
Hardware is the first fork. netPark's strengths assume equipment at the lanes; TIRpark deliberately assumes none, which matters on leased ground, raw parcels without power at the entrance, and lots that want to test the business before pouring concrete. Connectivity is the second: a platform built around gates and kiosks presumes the lot is online, while TIRpark treats offline as the normal case and syncs when coverage returns.
The third is the money path. If your customers are fleets on ACH, netPark's automated billing is the natural shape. If a meaningful share of your revenue is a driver handing over bills at a window, the question is not how to automate the charge but how to make the cash accountable, and that is the problem TIRpark was built around: per-attendant PINs, per-shift totals, and a patrol round that catches what never entered the record.

Try the phone-first side of the table
TIRpark's first month is free, with no card and nothing to install, so the cheapest way to settle this comparison is one real shift on your own yard.
